The San Marino Kennel Club knew that lately there had been several other cases of poisoned dogs in the same area and warned the expositors only with a panel posted in a couple of spots. 
They did not change the place of the show, they did not prepare an efficient and quick veterinary service and at first they did not even want to cancel it. 
It was only after the expositors' strong protest that the event was cancelled. 
We think that the Kennel Club of San Marino was ineffective and is co-responsible for those dogs' death, and we ask the FCI to revoke the CACIB to the San Marino Dog Show as soon as possible. Effectively, the San Marino Kennel Club showed its inability to handle an International Dog Show with so many entered dogs and people. 
This is the least sanction to a tragedy that could have been avoided.

Oggi 28 maggio 2011, durante la Mostra Internazionale Canina di San Marino, diversi cani sono morti per avvelenamento. Tra di essi anche un povero cucciolo di dalmata. 
Il Kennel Club San Marino sapeva che recentemente  nel parco in cui è organizzata la mostra c'erano stati diversi altri casi di avvelenamento. 
Non hanno cambiato luogo della mostra, non hanno organizzato un servizio veterinario preparato all'eventualità e, nonostante i decessi, non volevano sospendere l'evento. 
L'unica cosa che hanno fatto è affiggere il misero cartello che vedete.
E' stato solo grazie alla forte protesta degli espositori che la mostra è stata sospesa.
Chiediamo all'FCI di revocare il CACIB alla Mostra di San Marino con effetto immediato.
Appare infatti palese la totale inefficienza e incapacità del Kennel Club San Marino a gestire una Mostra Internazionale con tanti cani e gente iscritta.
E' il meno che si possa fare per sanzionarli: questa è una tragedia che poteva essere evitata.
