beetje fijngesneden peterselie of lepeltje gedroogde peterselie

lepel boter
2 lepels maïzena of 2 a 3 eetlepels bloem
200 ml (kook)room
200 ml melk
bereiding:
Bak het fijngesneden uitje en de champignonplakjes in wat boter gaar met de kruiden. Voeg dan de room en melk toe. Breng dit samen aan de kook. Neem dan wat water waar je de bloem of maïzena in samen mengt tot er geen klontjes meer inzitten . Voeg dit dan bij de saus en laat het indikken tot een mooie romige saus.
