Fluitekruid..

Een kantwerk van witte bloempjes.
Met weing tevreden te vinden in elke berm en aan de waterkant.

Fascinated by nature

en ook in mijn tuin, ik vind ze zo mooi dat ze gerust tussen mijn vaste planten mogen staan.

Keizerskroon of Frittilaria.

Bij ons noemen ze hem ook al eens mollenplant omdat hij molwerend blijkt te zijn.
Met z'n hoogte van 100-120 hoog en 35 breed valt hij zeker op in de tuin.
Hij doet het zowel goed in de schaduw als in de zon.
De kleur van de bloemen,geel,oranje en bruinrood,die telkens  elk 5cm worden.
Men moet de bollen om de 3 à 4 jaar uit de border halen ,delen en terug planten.
Gelukkig maakt de kleur veel goed want de geur is onaangenaam.
Per 3 gepland in een border komen ze tussen lage lentebloeiers het best tot hun recht.
