Fit blijven en lang leven
Ben Uw artikelen aan het lezen en ben al een klein beetje mijn eetgewoonten aan het veranderen niet dat ik zo dik ben maar toch ,ik voel dat ik moet veranderen. Heb een kruidenboek gekocht van Abdij te Postel die zeer uitgebreid vertelt over kruiden en hoe die te gebruiken en wat ze doen. Heb al een paar tincturen gekocht die daar verkrijgbaar zijn
vooral brandneteltinctuur. Krijg steken in de hartstreek en het overslaan van mijn hart. Ik zal later vertellen wat ik nog meer gebruik maar wil eerst alle artikelen lezen voordat ik U een reactie geef.
