Kook de aardappelen in 20-25 minuten gaar.

Prik met een vork om te voelen of de aardappelen van binnen zacht zijn.

Giet het water af, met de ovenwant de pan vast houden

Laat de aardappelen zonder deksel heel even droogstomen op een laag vuur.

Schud ze af en toe even om, zodat ze niet aanbakken.
