En hoe verantwoordelijk zijn verslaafden voor hun stoornis die veroorzaakt wordt door kleine variaties in hun DNA of door ondervoeding in de baarmoeder?
Zo lijken we te zitten in een catch 22: straffen mag niet en opvoeden helpt niet. Wat rest ons dan?
