Inleiding:
Na doorlopen van de eerste module Gehechtheid & Psychotherapie biedt deze cursus de mogelijkheid de kennis over de klinische toepassingsmogelijkheden van kennis over gehechtheid verder uit te diepen. Dit zal gedaan worden door enerzijds in te gaan op recente onderzoeksresultaten over gehechtheidspatronen en psychiatrische ziektebeelden en anderzijds verder te oefenen in het toepassen van kennis over gehechtheidspatronen in de klinische praktijk. Daarbij zal aandacht worden besteed aan gehechtheidsproblematiek in verschillende levensfasen (ouder-kind, adolescentie, volwassenen). Aandacht voor de verschillende levensfasen geeft inzicht in de werking en vorming van werkmodellen gedurende de hele levensloop. Deze kennis van stagnaties in verschillende levensfasen is toepasbaar voor elke doelgroep.

Via rollenspelen kunnen deelnemers problematiek van één van hun patiënten inbrengen, waarbij de interactie tussen gehechtheidspatronen en psychiatrische problematiek van de betrokken persoon aan de orde komt. Tevens zullen de therapeutische vaardigheden bij een patiënt met desorganisatie aan de orde komen, waarbij onderscheid zal worden gemaakt tussen desorganisatie/ autonoom en desorganisatie/ onveilig.

Algemene Doelstelling: Kennis over gehechtheidspatronen toe kunnen passen in therapeutische relaties in verschillende levensfasen, met inachtneming van de interactie met psychiatrische problematiek.

Leerdoel dag 1:
- zicht op de relatie (of het ontbreken van een relatie) tussen gehechtheidspatronen en DSM-classificaties
- kennis over prevalenties in algemene bevolking en patiëntenpopulaties ten behoeve van diagnostiek
- inzicht in werking van gehechtheidspatronen onder stress

Leerdoel dag 2:
- leren toepassen van de kennis in de vorm van therapeutische interventies
- verder inzicht in de patiënts interpretaties van therapeutische interventies vanuit een bepaald werkmodel
