    Griesmeelsoep met thym

    Ingrediënten:
    1 glas fijne griesmeel ( glas van 200 ml ongeveer)
    1,5 liter water
    1 eetlepel boter
    1 eetlepel thym
    zout naar smaak
    ongeveer halve liter volle melk

    Bereiding:
    Breng de 1,5 liter water aan de kook . Als dit eenmaal kookt voeg je de boter toe en de zout.
    Als dit eenmaal gesmolten is. Zet je het vuur op het laag pitje. Dan voeg je al roerend de fijne griesmeel toe.Schenk dan de melk erbij en breng het weer aan de kook al roerend. Voeg dan de thym toe. Laat het zachtjes doorkoken maar blijf wel regelmatig roeren.
