6 gekookte eieren in stukjes gesneden
5 eetlepels mayonaise
3 eetlepels Griekse Yoghurt
zout
peper
1 eetlepel mosterd
fijngesneden bieslook
1 augurk fijngesneden

Bereiding :

De eieren koken en dan laten afkoelen . De eieren in stukjes snijden en dan de mayonaise,yohurt,zout,peper,mosterd ,bieslook en augurk toevoegen . Geheel goed door roeren.
Dit goed afdekken tot gebruik en bewaren in de koelkast.

Heerlijk op een vers broodje .
