Ingrediënten deeg 250 gram boter 100 gram poedersuiker 30 ml oranjebloesem 1 vanilliesuiker snufje zout meel tot het een lekker zachte deeg word. Vulling 750 gram dadels ( zelf gestoomde of kant en klare dadelpasta) 50 gram geroosterde sesamzaadjes 1/2 theelepel gemalen kaneel 25 gram zachte boter
Decoratie: eiwit ,amandelschaafsel en evt poedersuiker
Bereiding:
Meng alle ingrediënten voor het deeg samen tot een soepel en zacht deeg. Verdeel dit in 2 gelijke stukken. Meng dan alle Ingrediënten voor de vulling samen . Dan pak je 2 grote stukken bakpapier en druk en rol daar elke bol deeg apart op uit tot een rechthoek van ongeveer 40 bij 30 cm. dan pak je weer een stuk bakpapier en druk daar ook de dadelpasta uit tot een recht hoek van ongeveer 40 bij 30 cm. Dan pak je voorzichtig de dadelpasta met bakpapier op en draai het om op 1 van de deegplakken dan pak je weer een deegplak voorzichtig en leg die weer boven op de dadelpasta. Dan heb je dus 2 plakken deeg en daar tussen dadelpasta. Evt de randen mooi afwerken. Bestrijk de bovenkant met eiwit en amandelschaafsel en leg het geheel in de koelkast voor een half uur ongeveer. Haal het na een half uur uit de koelkast en sijn het in mooie vierkantjes. Leg ze daarna op de bakplaat en bak op 160 graden in de oven .
Als je ze uit de oven haalt kun je ze nog eventueel bestrooien met suiker.
