    Turkse aardappel köfte

    Ingrediënten:

    6 aardappelen
    100 gram geraspte kaas
    paar eetlepel fijngesneden peterselie
    2 eieren
    1 deserlepel zout
    1 dessertlepel peper
    evt. sambal
    1,,5 glas ( van 200 ml ) meel
    1 zakje bakpoeder

    extra eigeel en olie om in te friteren

    Bereiding:

    Was en schil de aardappels. Daarna rasp je ze fijn en pers je al het overtollige water eruit. Laat het goed uitlekken. Voeg dan de overige ingrediënten toen en kneed het goed samen. Laat het even staan en vorm dan de köfte en wentel ze in eigeel en frituur ze daarne in hete olie.

    Heerlijk met een pittig sausje....
